Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued if:
- An order is canceled due to stock or system issues
- A return is approved after inspection
- A shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout (U.S.-based banks/payment processors only).
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on bank or payment processor policies.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are refundable only if the error was on our part
- Fees are non-refundable for customer errors (incorrect address, refusal of delivery)
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if returned items are not in original condition.
